Guests love this area for its peaceful, family-friendly vibe, tree-lined streets, and proximity to everything Colorado has to offer. You’ll be just minutes from Highway 36, making it easy to explore Denver’s downtown attractions, professional sports venues, or Boulder’s mountain trails and breweries. Locally, Westminster features plenty of parks, lakes, and trails, including the scenic Standley Lake Regional Park — ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, or a relaxing walk at sunset. The neighborhood itself is quiet and safe, surrounded by local coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping centers. Whether you’re grabbing breakfast at a cozy café or spending the day at the Westminster Promenade, there’s something for everyone close by. This is the kind of place where you can relax like a local but adventure like a tourist — perfectly situated for both short getaways and longer stays.

Good to know
Thoughtfully designed for families and groups who want more than a place to stay, this four-bedroom, two-bath home runs on a simple idea: days are for Denver, Boulder, the Flatirons, or the slopes — evenings are where the house shows off. Downstairs, the theater room is ready: dim the lights, fire up the 100-inch projector screen and surround sound, and pick something from the movie library. When the credits roll, the room becomes an arcade — a classic Galaga cabinet, foosball, air hockey, full-length shuffleboard, and a PlayStation stocked with favorites. The neon-lit bar nook is standing by for whatever you're mixing. Out back, the string lights come on and the night gets good. Roast s'mores around the fire pit, run a cornhole or giant-Jenga tournament, then sink into your private hot tub — it seats six and runs all year, snowfall included. And when the sky is clear, the stargazing tent glows to life: crawl in with a blanket, point the telescope up, and give the kids (or yourself) a night they'll still be talking about at breakfast. When it's finally time to crash, everyone gets a real bed: Bedrooms 1 and 2 each have a queen, Bedroom 3 sleeps four across two queens, and Bedroom 4 has twin beds the kids will claim on sight. Every bedroom has its own TV, room-darkening shades, and soft, hotel-quality linens. Mornings run on a double-barreled coffee station — Keurig and Nespresso Vertuo with a milk frother and starter pods on us — plus a fully equipped kitchen with a double oven, dishwasher, slow cooker, stocked spice rack, and enough dishes to feed all ten of you. Need to log on? Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair, and a TV within reach for well-earned breaks. You're minutes from Standley Lake, the Butterfly Pavilion, and the shops and restaurants of Westminster Promenade, with downtown Denver, Golden, Red Rocks, and DIA all an easy drive. Quiet street, easy parking, big adventures in every direction.
